Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TawreedJo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all users, including vendors, clients, and visitors.

TawreedJo provides a B2B procurement platform connecting clients with vendors (contractors and suppliers) in Jordan. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. TawreedJo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

Clients may post procurement requests specifying their requirements, deadlines, and visibility preferences. All procurement requests must be accurate, complete, and made in good faith. TawreedJo does not guarantee the completion of any transaction and is not responsible for disputes between clients and vendors. Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy and capability of parties they engage with through the platform.

Vendors may submit quotations in response to procurement requests. All quotations must be accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith. Quotation visibility rules (open vs. closed) are set by the client and must be respected. Vendors are bound by the terms of their submitted quotations. Any attempt to manipulate the bidding process, including collusion or bid rigging, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

The TawreedJo platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TawreedJo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant TawreedJo a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary for platform operations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit permission.

TawreedJo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. TawreedJo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TawreedJo in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services offered by vendors.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan. Users agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
